Ads terms

Plain-language rules for advertising on fl1p. Reading this once is a condition of the $999 / month subscription. The cabinet checkbox links here so we know you've seen it.

1 · How ads run on fl1p

  • Two surfaces — right-rail on desktop, Sponsored picks in the mobile feed.
  • Up to 5 advertiser cards rotate per slot, 10 seconds each, in a randomised per-visit order. Every advertiser gets equal share of voice.
  • Native placements only — no pop-ups, no autoplay video, no interstitials, no behavioural retargeting outside fl1p.
  • Your card appears identically across both surfaces. Edit once, both update.

2 · Pricing & subscription

  • Single plan — $999 / month, recurring monthly until cancelled.
  • Card is charged at the start of each billing month. Receipt emailed automatically.
  • Cancel anytime, in one click from the campaign cabinet. No notice period, no cancellation fee.
  • On cancellation, unused days prorate as credit on the final invoice.

3 · Moderation & refunds

  • Review window — up to 24 hours from submission.
  • Status flow —  under review →  active.
  • If your campaign is rejected, the subscription payment is refunded in full — no deduction, no questions, no waiting period.
  • You may request a creative edit and resubmit. Resubmissions do not restart billing.

4 · Content we will not run

Campaigns in any of the categories below are rejected at review and refunded. These categories follow standard payment-processor acceptable-use policies plus fl1p-specific rules.

  • Illegal goods or services in any buyer's jurisdiction
  • Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives
  • Drugs, drug paraphernalia, controlled or psychoactive substances
  • Tobacco, vapes, nicotine, cannabis-derived products
  • Adult or sexually explicit content; escort and dating services
  • Gambling, betting, lotteries, sweepstakes, fantasy-sports payouts
  • Counterfeit goods, IP-infringing replicas, unauthorised resale
  • Multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, "earn from home" funnels
  • Get-rich-quick claims, guaranteed-return investments, unverifiable income proofs
  • Cryptocurrency exchanges, ICOs, token sales, leveraged crypto trading
  • Forex, binary options, CFD trading, signal-selling services
  • Pharmacies, prescription drugs, supplements with health claims
  • Surveillance tools, spyware, account-cracking, credential dumps
  • Hate, harassment, doxxing, violence promotion, extremist content
  • Bail bonds, debt-collection, payday lending
  • Fortune-telling, psychic, occult, faith-healing services

Uncertain whether your offer fits? Ask support before submitting — it's faster than getting rejected at review.

5 · Creative requirements

  • Image — 1200 × 675 px, 16:9 aspect, ≤ 200 kb, JPG/PNG/WebP.
  • Headline — up to 60 characters. Lowercase or sentence case preferred.
  • Description — up to 140 characters, plain text.
  • CTA — short verb phrase. Linked URL must match the brand domain you registered.
  • No deceptive claims, no fabricated metrics, no impersonation of fl1p or its staff.

6 · Conduct

  • One subscription, one active campaign. Multiple campaigns require multiple subscriptions.
  • Brand URL and CTA URL must resolve to a real, live destination owned by the advertiser.
  • fl1p reserves the right to pause a live campaign that begins violating these rules — a prorated refund is issued for unused days.
